Alanis Morissette teased fans with exciting news ahead of her back-to-back tour this year.
2026 will be a busy year for the ‘90s alternative rock icon after announcing her upcoming shows in the UK and Ireland.
However, before officially kicking off her highly anticipated tour, the “Hand in My Pocket” hitmaker invited fans to join her for her “first show of the year.”
In an Instagram post, the 51-year-old announced she is set to play a one-night show in Lincoln, California. She will be performing her classic hits, including “Ironic,” “Head Over Feet,” “You Oughta Know” and more at The Venue at Thunder Valley on Feb. 13.

Besides the announcement regarding the upcoming show, the Canadian singer-songwriter also invited fans to a unique experience.
“First show of the year in Lincoln, California. If you want to, you can join me in a guided meditation backstage. You're invited. Love you and see you there,” she wrote, along with a poster sharing the VIP experience, she captioned.
The package includes the meditation experience, a question and answer session and a photo op with the award-winning artist.
Besides the show in California, Morissette will be returning to the UK and Ireland for her summer tour.
The run begins June 24 in Cork, Ireland, with additional dates across the country, hitting major cities including Exeter, Woodstock, Glasgow, Lytham and concluding in London.

Joining her on stage will be the British rock band Skunk Anansie with indie band Wet Leg appearing exclusively at the Glasgow show.

June 26: Exeter, UK – TK Maxx Presents Live at Powderham
June 28: Woodstock, UK – Blenheim Palace Festival
June 30: Glasgow, Scotland – Bellahouston Park
July 2: Lytham, UK – TK Maxx Presents Lytham Festival
July 4: London, UK – Crystal Palace Park
The Queen of Alt-Rock Angst’s forthcoming summer tour comes after her successful 2025 world tour throughout South America, North America and Europe.
In addition, she also had her first Las Vegas residency, which ran from Oct. 15 to Nov. 2.
After wrapping up the show, Morissette took to social media as she expressed her deep gratitude to fans who watched her perform her classic hits live.
“Hard to put into words what this Vegas experience is doing to my cells and insides. feeling so grateful and fortunate to be surrounded by such masters. more soon… still IN IT,” she wrote, sparking an outpouring of love and support from fans online.
