Andy Cohen is reacting to the revelation that Bravo stars West Wilson and Amanda Batula are dating.
During the Wednesday, April 1 episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, the host, 57, spoke about the Summer House stars confirming their secret romance after weeks of speculation.
“I will say that I saw a lot of conspiracy theories online yesterday that I somehow knew about this,” Cohen said. “I did not.”
He added, “I really feel for Ciara [Miller],” who previously dated Wilson, 28, and is close friends with Batula, 34.
Cohen also reacted to the joint statement that Wilson and Batula put out on March 31, in which they addressed the rumors about their relationship.

"Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care. As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling," they said in the message, posted on their Instagram Stories.
"We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless,” they concluded. “We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this."
Watch What Happens Live host Cohen said on his radio show: "I was surprised by the statement. I was surprised by what it said, and I was surprised by what it didn't say. I have so many questions, and the reunion is coming up and, boy, do I have a lot of questions.”

Later in the episode, Cohen and his co-host John Hill debated how much grace the public owes celebrities when their personal scandals are exposed.

“I do think it's worth reminding everybody, all the passionate fans of the show, that these are real people involved,” Cohen said.
“Yeah, they are,” Hill said. “Listen, you sign up for reality show, you sign up for the pile-on sometimes if you're going to play in people's faces, of beloved other people on the show. I'm not saying anybody needs to be doxed or threatened or endangered. But I think they can be threaded.
"There's a middle ground,” Cohen said. “You can thread, but just know these are real people who are dealing with a lot.”

News of Wilson and Batula’s relationship came just days after Wilson insisted that they were platonic during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
“We were just hanging out in New York. She’s single, I gotta show her the streets a little bit,” he said at the time. “But if it’s not clear, that’s a very important person to me, and I care about her a lot.” When pressed further, Wilson said Batula is just his “homegirl” and explained, “That’s a friend. I hope it’s clear.”

In January, Batula split from her husband of four years, Kyle Cooke, after a decade of documenting the ups and downs of their relationship on Summer House. The popular series also followed Miller’s romance and the subsequent fallout with Wilson in seasons 8 and 9.
When Batula and Wilson confirmed their romance, fans noticed that Miller no longer follows either on social media.
