Barbie Dream Fest is bringing Barbie fans together for a special weekend in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The festival will run from Mar. 27-29, 2026, and it is the first official fan event that focuses only on Barbie.Organizers Mattel and Mischief Management revealed the first wave of special guests, including Angel Reese, the WNBA star and NCAA champion. Reese will appear as a featured speaker and will take part in panels, meet-and-greets and other fun activities.
This festival is a major event for Barbie fans because it celebrates the brand’s long history. For more than 40 years, Barbie has inspired people to dream big and imagine new futures. The event will showcase Barbie’s evolution, her many careers and her impact on fans around the world.

Dr. Swati Mohan – NASA aerospace engineer who helped lead the Perseverance Rover landing on Mars
Ibtihaj Muhammad – Olympic fencer and entrepreneur who inspired the first hijabi Barbie
Madison Marilla – Digital creator and autism advocate from Love on the Spectrum
Emily Calandrelli – Emmy-nominated science communicator and host of Xploration Outer Space
Robin Gerber – Bestselling author and historian known for her Barbie books
Chef Becky Brown – MasterChef finalist and executive chef behind the Malibu Barbie Cafe
These guests will not only speak but also meet fans through autograph sessions and photo opportunities. Fans will have a chance to talk with people who represent real-life careers and achievements.
