Charlie Puth is officially saying goodbye to his Los Angeles home.

The “We Don't Talk Anymore” singer, 34, has sold the stunning abode located in the Studio City neighborhood for $2.1 million, months after welcoming his first baby with wife Brooke Sansone Puth.

Equipped with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the 2,400-square-foot property boasts panoramic views of the L.A. skyline, as well as a 450-square-foot bonus space currently being used as a music studio.

According to property records, the home was purchased for $1.5 million in 2021, and it was first listed for sale for $2.9 million in August 2025.

Inside the two-story home, 18-foot ceilings, a glass wall overlooking the city lights and a cozy fireplace complete the great room.

The kitchen features a center island with barstool seating that flows directly into the dining area, overlooking more of the breathtaking scenery.

Impressive features are offered in the primary bedroom as well, including direct access to a massive balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with expansive windows and dual vanities.

Puth's decision to offload his Studio City home comes over two months after he and wife Brooke shared the exciting news of their first baby's arrival in a joint Instagram post on March 23. The post included a carousel of photos of their newborn, with the caption revealing the name and sex.

"Hey Jude 🩵 3.13.26," the couple wrote alongside a picture of their baby boy tucked into a white blanket, wearing a blue and white striped onesie.

Additional photos in the post included a sweet snap of Puth holding his son, as well as a few close-up shots of the baby's nose and hand.

An image of his wife wearing a "J" necklace was also featured, as well as a photo of some Polaroid pictures that showed the new parents holding their little one in the hospital.
