Both women can be seen standing on the set of Barrymore's daytime talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show, with five pairs of glasses between them. Barrymore is dressed in her signature suit and tie, as Sanders is wearing her trademarked hoodie with the letters "WDNC" prominently displayed.

In the beginning of the clip, Sanders asked Barrymore what she will stop caring about in 2026. Barrymore's answer starts off playful, "I do not care that I have three pairs of glasses on my head at all times." The Charlie's Angel actress continues with a more serious pledge, "I'm going to try to stop caring about being the perfect mother and outrun my own childhood, so my kids aren't having the same experiences I had." Barrymore recently shared some difficult truths about her childhood, and it is clear that she works hard to overcome things she carries from that period of her life.
