Molly Sims, 53, Hits the Runway in Two Plunging, Retro-Inspired Swimsuits

Molly Sims walked the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway in Miami Beach, Florida on May 30.

She modeled two plunging one-piece suits inspired by different decades.

One design channeled the 1950s, while the other was a clear ode to Baywatch.

Molly Sims channeled two totally different decades as she hit the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway on May 30. The 53-year-old model strutted her stuff in Miami Beach, Florida wearing a set of equally stunning one-piece swimsuits.

Sims opted for a plunging gingham swimsuit complete with balconette cups, evoking styles from the 1950s. Then, as an apparent ode to the sexy uniforms worn by the Baywatch crew in the 1990s, Sims stepped out in a red scoop-neck one-piece with a hip-grazing French cut. She turned around to reveal the back, showing off an unexpected cutout tied with a ribbon.

The House of Style alum wore her waist-length blonde tresses in soft waves, while her glowy glam included highlighted inner corners, pink blush dusted across her cheeks and the tip of her nose, and a luminescent nude lip.

When Sims isn't modeling swimwear on the runway, she proudly displays her own personal collection of bathing suits on Instagram. Back in April, she soaked up the sun in a new carousel, which was a compilation of photos from her recent trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

"Life lately," Sims wrote in the caption, sprinkling in on-theme seashell and dolphin emojis. "I needed this."

In one clip, Sims jumped off of the roof of a yacht into turquoise waters. Her boat day outfit, depicted in full in a separate image, consisted of a pink V-neck cover-up, a colorful striped Lemlem bikini, boxy Saint Laurent sunglasses, and a pair of woven Margaux Mary Janes.

She accessorized with over $10,000 jewelry from Adina Reyter, including a $398 beaded jasper necklace and a $3,596 14kt yellow gold lariat, complete with a diamond-encrusted heart pendant. The final necklace in her stack was a $5,996 choker—also made from 14kt yellow gold—featuring a teardrop-shaped diamond charm.
