The Olympic gymnast confirmed to PEOPLE exclusively last month that she underwent the cosmetic procedure and explained "openly" why she chose to get it done

Biles has since been transparent about her boob job, revealing specific details about her surgery in another TikTok video

The Olympic gymnast, 28, made a TikTok showing before-and-after photos of her breast augmentation, which she "openly, honestly" explained to PEOPLE in November.

"🍒 transformation," she wrote of the post.

The TikTok begins with Biles standing in her room wearing a low-cut blue halter top and jean shorts, starting off with a "before" shot then transitioning to an "after" clip filmed in the same shirt post-procedure.

The gold medalist continues to flash before-and-after shots throughout the video, including angles filmed in bikinis to show the cosmetic surgery and clips of herself wearing the same top in both the "before" and "after" to showcase how the breast augmentation fits the clothing differently.

In November, Biles spoke with PEOPLE exclusively about her decision to undergo cosmetic surgery and why it's important for her to speak publicly on the topic now.

"It's just who I am and I feel like I've always tried to be open, honest and relatable," she told PEOPLE at the time, before diving in at length about her procedures, the reason she had them done and why others should feel "no shame" for their decisions.

The topic was discussed after the gymnast shared on TikTok that she has undergone three plastic surgeries to date and urged her followers to guess the work she had done. However, she noted that two of the three wouldn't be noticeable.

While Biles played coy about getting a breast augmentation online, simply adding the cherries emoji, she was transparent about her lower blepharoplasty (which lessens bagginess from the lower eyelids and eliminates excess skin from upper eyelids, per the Cleveland Clinic) and earlobe surgery.

"Seeing me win medals at the Olympics, that's not relatable," Biles told PEOPLE in November. "But what is relatable is how we feel about ourselves, what we talk about, what we go through and how we share openly, honestly."

"And so that's why I decided to share it," she said of her social media post.

Biles made clear that her decision to get a breast augmentation wasn't because she "didn't like" how she looked prior to getting the surgery.

"Okay, obviously you can notice the breasts," she said. "But other than that, it's just feeling good about yourself and loving yourself, and I've always been very vocal about that."

"And not that I didn't like the way I looked or the way I felt," she clarified, explaining, "It's just something that I notice obviously a little bit more because I live in this body, I'm just so used to it."

Then, Biles shared a message to the younger generation about self love.

"As long as you love yourself, that's really all that matters," she shared.

Not long after the interview, the star athlete made a tell-all TikTok about her boob job. She broke down all the details on the procedure, from her implant size to her "rough" recovery to her shocked reaction to first seeing herself with implants.

Biles revealed that her implants are 310cc high-profile, extra-filled silicone ones that were inserted under the muscle, which she felt was the "best option" for the "most natural look" on herself.

"For reference, I'm 4' 8", 105 lbs. I also have very broad shoulders. They're quite literally the biggest part on my body," she explained."

Although she considered a bigger implant size (Biles said they couldn't fit inside her body), even the appearance of her current implants surprised her at first.

"They were to my neck." she recalled. "I did freak out, and I did talk to my doctor and was like, take them out, they need to be smaller, because they looked like aliens at first. But now they're perfect."
