Susan Boyle's mystery makeover has finally been explained — and you'll never guess *where* the *Britain's Got Talent *breakout's headline-making, sharp blonde wig took the singer as part of a new commercial campaign.

After the secretive singer spent the last week courting speculation with a stunning new look that saw her sport a wardrobe of chic clothing, an intense blonde wig, and the promise of a "new era" ahead, Scottish beverage company IRN-BRU has finally revealed the reason behind the "I Dreamed a Dream" performer's radical transformation.

In the new commercial (below), Boyle joins a legion of Scottish citizens to express regional pride through a comical song that touches on everything from Scotland's World Cup return to fried hot dogs — and even sees Boyle sing about "going commando" atop a bridge, all before she breakdances amid the Scottish landscape.

"The Tartan Army is finally back after 28 years of frustration," one of the actors in the clip sings at the top of the song, before the ad spans various comedic bits pertaining to Scottish culture, and even includes another cameo from soccer player John McGinn.

Near the end of the tune, a performer tees up Boyle's feature, and the camera cuts to the 65-year-old sensation belting the song while perched on top of Edinburgh’s Forth Bridges area.

"We may not be the pundits' favorite to win, but what we lack in flair is made up with McGinn," Boyle sings with pride for the soccer team, all while she wears a glistening blue dress and her blonde wig blows in the Scottish breeze. "We're gonna deep fry your hot dogs. We're the Tartan Army! Let's all go commando! No Scotland, no party!"
