Kelce shares a solid rapport with the Mahomes, playing together on the same team as well as running a restaurant together. Travis Kelce has a nickname for Brittany Mahomes

Travis Kelce dedicates a special nickname to Brittany Mahomes. Notably, she was inducted into the UT Tyler Athletics Hall of Fame for her incredible stint on her college’s soccer team on March 28.

As per Sports Illustrated, Brittany played soccer for the UT Tyler Patriots from 2013 to 2016 for three years. She scored an impressive 31 goals for her team, with 18 of those achieved in her senior year alone. The mother of three shared a lengthy carousel followed by a heartwarming caption.

She wrote, “Truly honored to be inducted into the UT Tyler Athletics Hall of Fame! This city and this school are a huge part of who I am today, I will forever cherish this honor and am forever grateful for what this program did for me as an athlete and as a person! Coach Webb, you brought out the best in me, this doesn’t happen without you!”

Her husband wrote in the comments, “Congrats!!!! Love you!” The couple’s friend and Chiefs’ TE penned in bold letters, “HOF BRITT!!!! LFG!” His comment has 902 likes. The media have often photographed Brittany and Taylor Swift at Chiefs’ home games, cheering for their respective partners.

In fact, when Swift and Kelce announced their engagement in August last year, Brittany dedicated an Instagram story to the couple. She wrote, “Two of the most genuine people meet & fall in love. Just so happy for these two.” Patrick reshared the engagement post on his Instagram stories, soundtrack to the pop icon’s “So High School” (via PEOPLE).

Patrick and Kelce run a Kansas City-based restaurant, 1587 Prime, named after their respective jersey numbers. Moreover, when the Chiefs TE announced he is returning to the team to play his 14th NFL season, Patrick wrote, “LFGGGGGGG!!!!!” welcoming Kelce back to the team.
